Can you believe this? as bad pre-delivery job of Yamaha SHO

This Yamaha SHO 2008model came to shop for 50hr service.

This is trim sys control grip. This control to steering nozzle up & down. 
However it was moving something not good as incredible too much free play.
Cables adjust didn't set up when pre-delivery.
This is after adjust cables, See how much different above pic.

Also this wake mode switch didn't work well.

Because switch leads squeezed between handle cover and bracket when pre-delivery.

Switch lead was squashed.

So this customer wasn't happy to used this ski with this condition last over 1year since purchase from shop. 
It is bad job isn't it?  Usually  pre-delivery fee is inc price or charge extra when purchase new ski.
I hope not this was somewhere YAMAHA dealers pre-delivery job because they should trained how to pre-delivery from YAMAHA or YAMAHA did not train to dealer or may be this ski is grey import ski ,,,,,
but why YAMAHA dealers sticker on ski and trailer,,,,,What you think?
