Won't engine start Kawasaki U-250x

This ski won't start all of the sudden. Gauge show FI and beeping this is warning for something problem of Fuel injection sys.

Plug in PC diagnose and checked, it problem was error of Camshaft sensor but camshaft sensor is fine.

I checked wire harness and I found camshaft sensor lead is short to other lead,,,,,, but at this stage I can't find where is point of short. May be needs remove harness from ski and check leads. Oh my god!!!

Something deposit stick to spark plug so quick and water leak of STX1100

All spark plugs color are not so good specially #3 is  bad . Check compression #1-125psi  #2-125psi  #3-125psi all good.

Check electric sys of Ignition coil and Stator coil. Resistance and peak V are all good. CDI peak V are good too.

Check carbys looks and working fine but I noticed water came out from chamber of valve vacuum.

Also oil feeding pipe nipple is damaged of #2 as one way valve of inside is not work.

Found water leak from pump duct tube as glue is peel off. Need to repair.

Check center bearing housing just in case

Rubber is damaged as nearly cut off. Need to replace new bearing housing assy.

Engine temp sensor damaged of GP1300R

This GP1300R had warning sys on when last ride.

Check problem use by PC diagnose and show engine temp sensor was error.

Engine temp sensor was damaged by rust. This sensor read -20degrees when I checked, then it was 30degrees air temp.

Rebuild motor GP1200, run in and tune.

We take to water after rebuild and do a run in first. Then check acceleration feeling, turn feeling also carby tune if need.

This river is good to run in because always water condition is smooth also I can see some good view.

This rebuild job use all Genuine parts.

Pistons, rings, pins, smallend brgs and gaskets.

Fuel pump diaphragm were stretched.

One way valve of fuel pump were squashed. This may cause to pumping problem of fuel as make fuel lean.

LH original, RH improve parts as avoid to squash pump valve.

Rebuild with new kit, new valve & seat and new pump valve assy.

We must do crabys service when rebuild motor. If carby has problem like a this case engine will not run well or damage engine again after rebuild motor.

All condition are good

Make sure engine bottom bolts tension with torque-wrench.

Drain oil and check inside and cleaning.

Check and clean oil filter. Check work of oil level sensor.

Fuel tank, drain all fuel

Found water about 200cc from bottom of tank

Inspect fuel sender

Res fuel line pipe hit or very close the bottom cover and this may cause of choke fuel flow and make a fuel lean.

Cut bottom of pipe.

Fuel cap

Seal rubber been damaged. Needs new seal.

This may cause water get into fuel tank.

Pressure test of fuel tank with sender, fuel tap, fuel hoses. All good.

Rebuild motor GP1200, measure warpage

Another important inspection of when rebuild motor.

Measure warpage of flat face of engine parts.

Use straightedge and thickness gauge.

Cylinder is check cylinder top, bottom and exhaust side. This cylinder is all good.

Crank case top is good.

Cylinder head is out of specification. Needs resurfacing.

We check all parts when rebuild job for avoid pressure leak problem.

Rebuild job is not just dismantle parts and assembling parts, must needs check and inspect parts.
