Reduction gear problem of Yamaha Super Jet

 This pic is after dismantled reduction gear.
Problem is reduction gear won't return to original position after engine start.

See this picture of blue circle, it is missing holder arm of clutch weight holder plate. This is cause of problem as clutch weight lost hold and stuck to housing. When this problem happen engine will keep run after start however reduction gear also keep turn as well and that mean starting motor is turn too and very much high speed.
Do you understand what I'm saying? In short usually reduction gear will return to original position after engine start and disconnect transfer between flywheel to reduction gear but if doesn't reduction gear will keep turn also starting motor turn too.
In worst case starting motor will get burned and damage cause by incredible high speed turn.
This reduction gear are use all Yamaha model except 4stroke model also all Kawasaki.

Yamaha and Kawasaki are both same reduction gear but only Yamaha supply service kit for reduction gear as holder plate and weight holder spring. However these service parts can be use for Kawasaki's reduction gear.

Engine won't keep run of Yamaha VX110

 This motor won't keep run as #4 cylinder is no comperssion. Removed head cover and check valves condition.

 Yellow circle is show #4 exhaust side camshaft and valve lifters.

This motor has 2 of valves each cylinder. Left side red circle valve lifter is up position as valve is close but Right side yellow circle valve lifter is stay down as valve is leave open (seized by rust)
 If valve is lightly seized, it will have a chance to back in to move valve after engine start but this motor didn't. Now this motor needs remove haed cylinder and service.

I went this garage sale this morning. Many people were there for get something.
This garage sale until this Saturday but better to go ASAP.

Broken engine mounts and ski didn't run of Yamaha FX-HO

This customer didn't good look after of engine room last 4years since brand new. So this motor and around parts had corrsion and rust becasue he didn't good rinse and spray after use.
Finally all engine mounts were broken (peel off from base) when he stack sand bank.

All engine mounts were broken and engine move to forwards.
Also coupling move to forwards too because drive shaft didn't turn as ski didn't run.

Lift motor.

Only engine mount base left

All engine mounts completely peel off damaged by corrosion. 

Also this center bearing housing was problem.

Oh boy! this one peel too of rubber and housing. This is should one peices parts, must be damaged by corrosion.

Both parts are wear and tear parts as you have to replace one day but if bad look after your engine room that may cause to corrosion, rust and damage so quick.
If you want to parts life make last longer, better to rinse engine room every after ride.
