Test run GP1300R

This GP1300R had cavitation problem. This ski had been fitted pump seal kit but still problem.

This time changed impeller to SOLAS product. Test run result was good as less cavitation and better acceleration.

Brisbane boat show is holding at Brisbane Covention centre this week until Sunday.

Japanese Jet ski magazine Aug issue

This month they introduce Kawasaki 4stroke stand up. This SX-R based on 800SX-R but swapped motor to 15F motor by SATO engineering as famous Japanese Jet ski engineer. Looks cool !   I want to ride this.

Engine won't turn of Yamaha GP1200

Checked spark plugs looks bit rusty and milky,,,,

I found full of water of inside cylinders.

Sucked water from each cylinder

 See how much water was sitting inside of cylinder also still more water sitting bottom of crank case,,,,,

This customer rent his ski to his friend 3month ago then must be ski sank or forgot to stop tap water after flushing,,,,, anyway this ski was sitting last 3month with this condition, so now motor dameged,,,,,,,,,,

Carby service for Yamaha GP1200R

I hate this carby job because always something damaged by corrosion.

These carbys H-speed and L-speed screws were stuck by corrosion,,,,, but finally dismantled all parts. Lucky me!

Broken steering cable of Kawasaki U-150

 This Ultra150 lost right steering control. Checked cable....

Cable was broken becasue couldn't control right turn. 

Left turn is push stroke of cable so can be control if cable is broken but right turn is pull stroke of cable,,,,, in short won't work if cable is broken.

Full of work shop,,,,,

I said yesterday, I have a few space for other job this week but 2 ski and one motor came today.

Now I have no space,,,, sorry.

It will kick off season next month. If you need to service or repair better to hurry.

Next week I have some space for job at this stage.

Oil hose came off of Yamaha GPR1200

It was so much busy last week but this week still I have few space for other job.
Please call or send e-mail for book job.

By the way this GPR1200 which I service yesterday. I found oil leak on top of #2 carby.

Removed Exhaust pipe and check oil supply hoses from oil pump.

#2 carbys oil hose was came off.

#1 and #3 carbys oil hose were nearly came off.

These hose must check regularly otherwise may cause of big damage of motor.

Sorry for didn't up date so long time.
I`ve been to Japane for look after my mum because she was in hospital
but now she is ok.
I back to work from this week and thank for waiting many customer
however this week is already fully booked.
